The worst experience I've ever had was staying five nights at this hotel. I had booked a six-day family suite, but it wasn't really a family suite at all, as there was no privacy or separation between the rooms. From the moment I arrived and went up to the suite, I wasn't comfortable. Since I hadn't paid the reservation fee, I decided to stay for three nights. During those three nights, I noted several issues with the rooms: they were extremely hot and stuffy even without turning on the heating. The bathroom would flood with shower water because the 2-inch toilet bowl wasn't big enough for the

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The bathroom is clean. The breakfast is adequate. The internet is uninterrupted except during evening hours. The staff are very polite and go out of their way to help. The prices are normal by Erbil standards because hotel prices in Erbil are very high.
