A super market were you can get mostly all of your needs from but ; though lacking some products when i need to find them close-by to my house.

It provides most household necessities

This branch is located in Kanjan Life, second gate. It's a shop near the apartments and has everything, but their meat is very bad and not fresh. Sometimes they don't have essential things like cold water.

High prices, limited and unsorted goods, and the cashier doesn't have a fruit scale; you have to weigh your purchases in one place and then go to pay in another.

The Kafur chain in Erbil has everything you need.

This is literally the worst carrefour branch I've ever been to. Their vegetables are always old, the place looks unorganized and not clean, the products they offer are mostly low end quality.

The meat and cheese section needs cleaning and the refrigerators need washing as they are unclean, in addition to cleaning the refrigerator windows. Furthermore, there is a cashier who is not proficient in using the electronic POS (Mastercard) payment machines, claiming the machine is not working, and her customer service is poor. Much of the fruit and vegetables are spoiled.

Ordered for inside Ganjan city two days ago still haven’t received it,

The worst supermarket on Earth! I order something specific, like this, and they bring something else. I tell them I didn't order that, and they don't take my order back. On top of that, they don't know how to operate the meat department, and I got sick because of them. And they add prices that are higher than usual. This is the last time I'll buy from them. The government and consumer protection agencies should intervene.

Today I was standing in line at Carrefour supermarket, waiting respectfully at the checkout. My turn came, but suddenly three people cut in line, and the cashier let them through as if I wasn't even there. What bothered me even more was that they spoke in Kurdish, and without any explanation or apology, the cashier just kept going as if it was perfectly normal. Finally, I calmly stood up and said, "It's my turn now... I'm respectfully waiting my turn," but unfortunately, he continued, so I decided to leave the supermarket. Bad management

Worst carrefour in the planet. In every aspect.

A terrible place to shop. The service is rude, the prices are high, the merchandise changes price daily, there are few options, and there's no variety. The fruits and vegetables are of the lowest quality. There's only one cashier, which causes a long queue at the checkout. I tried to revisit the place hoping I was wrong, but each visit was worse than the last.

Cashier=Bad

Horrible cashier, no system in place everyone barges in the cashier and the cashier and security don’t care. Horrible experience.

The date is February 14, 2024, at 10 p.m. Cashier line is really unorganized. I was next up at the cashier, so he could scan my stuff. Just as I was about to give my items to the cashier, someone cut me off. we had a big argument, the cashier and even security didn't say anything. Because he was Kurdish, they all sided with him.
