The best chocolate

The taste is delicious and just like the original branch in Istanbul. The portion is sufficient and the flavor is well-balanced. The packaging is nice and practical. I recommend it. The chocolate waffle and chocolate crepe were amazing, with a really nice texture! Unfortunately, the atmosphere was filled with smoke and hookah (shisha), which detracted from the experience. It would be better to separate smokers from non-smokers.

The name is catchy, the area is affluent, and the welcome was warm. However, almost all tables have one or more shisha smokers. There seems to be no place for non smokers. There seems to be an abandoned upper floor. Valet parking service is available (IQD2k = $1.3), and many nice. Restaurants, shops and cafes are available up the street. The price seems a bit inflated.

Kids loved it. It’s all chocolate though, no proper food but that’s what the restaurant is famous for. There’s a play areas upstairs and parents can have fun with their friends watching matches on the TV and it’s a nice cozy experience. I really loved it. Food is freshly made and beautiful taste.

Good

The sweets are not fresh and the taste is average. They charge a 10% service charge. The prices are expensive for the quality of the sweets. The Saray balls are very bad, I do not recommend them at all. The waffle steak is also bad. The service is weak, only the atmosphere was quiet.

Food is good and service too, the atmosphere is the worst. Smoke everywhere, my eye got all watery because of it. Screens too small when we were watching the world cup. And it gets too crowded at night.

Nice

While the chocolate waffle and chocolate crepe were absolutely fantastic with a wonderful texture, the overwhelming presence of smoke and hookah/shisha significantly detracted from the atmosphere. It's frustrating because there's already a partition, but people were smoking shisha throughout the entire place. They desperately need to create genuinely separate areas for smokers and non-smokers.

Originally from Google

The reason for the poor atmosphere rating is that smokers are in the same main hall, meaning there is no designated smoking area.

Unfortunately, my experience with this order was unsatisfactory. The cake was clearly stale and not fresh; its texture was dry and not as delicious as one would expect from a dessert served fresh. Furthermore, the amount of cocoa powder covering the cake did nothing to mask the poor taste or improve the texture. The ice cream was somewhat good, but not enough to salvage the overall experience. I expected much higher quality from a place called "Chocolate Saray".

I don't recommend visiting this place as a family. The food is terrible, it's expensive, and they charge a service fee. Also, the menu looks one way and the payment method is another. Plus, the place isn't family-friendly at all; I don't recommend it.
