I have used this bank for several years, but the ATM service has been consistently poor. On multiple occasions, I couldn’t withdraw money due to technical issues, and sometimes the ATM wouldn’t return my card. Even when the ATM is working, there often isn’t enough money available, and withdrawal limits are restrictive. After facing these difficulties repeatedly, I decided to withdraw all my money from this bank. I hope they improve their ATM services for the sake of other customers.

The ATM works less than half of the time, call center is not responding when you need to call.

Electronic Service is very very bad Desaster 🤨🤨🙈 TBI is much better and i regreted to register here …

Worst bank ever, with disrespectful employees who have no communication skills. If you want to experience troubles with money transfers or withdrawals, deal with this horrible bank. You must wait for two hours each day to receive some of your own money even with very low amount.

Counter 7 guy and the girl sitting on a big desk behind counter 3 and 4, worst people I have ever met, no respect at all for their customer. They complain about their customers in front of their faces. Waiting in line in Erbil Branch for 3 hours was a better experience than this!

This is the most poorly managed bank I've seen. It took 56 minutes to withdraw money, and the heads of departments were not only disrespectful to the customers in line, but also prioritized their friends' tasks, leaving us waiting.

This is the WORST Bank EVER EXISTED. The employees are super DISRESPECTFUL, unprofessional and uncooperative. They do not even know how to communicate properly with their customers. They have STOLEN more than 500 dollars of my money by saying they have not received any money from (hawala). Do NOT trust them with even 1 dollar of your money.

the services are not bad, but they have a very high interest rate for their services. the place is accessible and close to landmarks. people working there are not the best actually, feels like you should pay them to treat you better. Worst employees to be honest and bad services. I had to stop dealing with them .

This bank's employees are absolutely terrible. The way and the attitude they give towards the consumers is awful. I hope you put a strong supervision over them or get yourselves new employees.

Worst bank ever, you cant even withdraw 1000$ !! They will tell you the banks doesnt have enough money

when the employees are stressed, they incline to pent out the stress in unprofessional manner, sometimes you are the only customer sitting o bench and wait one hour to be assisted, I wish more flexible measurements to be put in place

If there is a name synonymous with failure and apathy, it is Cihan Bank and their ATMs, especially the Duhok branch.
