Hello Mr. Manoj Dsouza Thank you for sharing your opinion and your trust, we are happy to meet your expectations.

I was in cihan bank , the place was too small with a lot of customers , the procedure was so complicated , there were not enough seats for the visitors , but the staff are very welcoming and helpful , they were absolutely respectful , and facilitative in thier duty

More Kurdish style😑 …

It was aquick and pperfect service in this Toyota-garage. Friendly, professional mechanics did a good Job for a reasonable price. Thanks

This place is great if you're looking to buy a Toyota. The people here are super respectful and have been in the Toyota business for ages. I highly recommend them!

Ok, they’re good in general. While the certified mechanics are not !! The customers’ complains should be taken seriously

Peace be upon you. I bought a 2023 Toyota Corolla with Erbil plates, but I live in Baghdad. They said the car is under warranty and that it comes with an oil change card from the Jihan dealership, valid when the odometer reaches 31,000 km. Currently, the odometer reads 28,000 km. My question is: Can I go to a Toyota dealership in Baghdad to activate the warranty, or is the warranty only valid at the Jihan dealership in Erbil? Thank you.

The company is good, but the showroom isn't what it used to be; you have to book in advance to get a car. Maintenance is good, but the service has changed since they brought in Indian mechanics. The Iraqi Kurdish staff were better. Because of them, I stopped going to the service center. The spare parts store is good, especially the oil seller. We need to bring in the car, especially at the branch offices in Makhmur, to get it washed. Please provide an interpreter.

Jihan Motors is a well-known company in the Middle East, renowned for its meticulous work, particularly in the luxury and high-end automotive sector. It enjoys a strong reputation for offering high-specification vehicles with warranties and has numerous branches throughout the Kurdistan Region and Iraq.

It is one of the oldest Toyota dealerships, selling Toyota cars since the 1990s, and every year they bring in new cars and new models from the same year.

It's like my quality is the best for you

My wish is to own a Toyota Land Cruiser
