Bad hotel ever for that price, claims to be four stars, but the food is unwashed and got us all sick, the room temperature I apparently can't change? I have to call the reception to send a guy who has access to change it? I froze yesterday night but who would call a stranger man to their room half asleep at 3 am? I asked for extra covers next day and they brought me dirty ones with food stains all over I had to ask for washed ones myself or they'd just bring me unwashed used ones! The receptionist was very rude and unwelcoming, it felt like an interrogation everytime i had to ask for something. An emergency happened and we had to stay an extra night whoever i was in the hospital and couldnt pay straight away so she thought the best action was to call the room and ask my little brother for money even mentioning he went out to get water and snacks for our 6 year old brother.

This is one of the best hotels in Erbil. You can rest assured that all services are actually classy. The rooms are clean and comfy. The staff is well trained and professional. Food is great. I have been a regular visitor to this hotel for the last five years and every time they continue to impress me. Prices are affordable, and for those who organize events: this is the right place for your participants or trainees.

By far one of the best 4 star hotel in Ainkawa. Super clean rooms , very friendly staff, they speak well English. The restaurant & bar is great too. The food is fresh with excellent service. The pool, sauna & steam room is one of the best in town. Highly recommended

I booked it randomly using Google Hotels' search, and it was beyond what I expected! very professional customer service and clean rooms with so many small details in the room that I do appreciate since I travel a lot. I pay attention to it. I highly recommend this hotel due to the strategic location as well.

I do not recommend staying at this hotel. The only good part of the hotel is the staff working: at reception, in the restaurant, at the gym, and the housekeepingC they all exceed expectations and merit five stars. Unfortunately, hotel management brings this rating down to one star due to the way they treat the staff. Many people work here but are paid pittance wages without any promotions. The food menu is not great but the chefs do their best to provide the best quality meals they can. The restaurant has been under construction for what feels like years with no end in sight. Fantastic location in the centre of Ankawa, the lobby is always full with people for coffees but it's the Greek Grill Restaurant that is the shining glory of the hotel. Classy Hotel is a nice play to stay. It is located in ANKAWA next to US embassy so safety is not an issue. They have good facilities like Gym, Pool, Spa available inhouse. Greek Grill restaurant located in the hotel offer a good variety of food. There is also a pub in Hotel

The hotel is super convenient in terms of location and price. The morning buffet is amazing. The only downfall is the actual cleanliness of the room and shower. The do take CC which is a plus.

The bar has the atmosphere of a wake. I'm told that back in the day this was where all the journalists stayed and it was buzzing, but those times are long gone. The drinks are average priced, and the food mediocre. The staff are friendly though and there is always plenty of space.

This review is for the lobby bar & restaurant only: Established expat hangout. Good place to sort of sit back and watch the humanitarian/UN crowd mingle. Maybe pre-game here before migrating over to the "Teacher's Club for Families." Otherwise, nothing special. Over-priced cocktails and Tuborg from bottles.

It’s a decent mid range hotel. Very close to the airport. So good for an overnight stay close by. Service is great - friendly and attentive. Breakfast buffet is really good. I was pleasantly surprised.

Unfortunately, they cheated on me for the first tine though i love that place. I checked in 2pm, they called me at 1am telling me that the KRG implemented a new tax system 10%. The funny thing is that why they didn’t tell me that when i checked in the afternoon!!?? So that, I’m bot responsible for your mistake. As well as, the tax is not applied retroactively. At the end, they forced me to pay extra charges under the article of tax and they didn’t let me talk to the DG.

It’s located near our house in Ankawa-Erbil-Iraq! The hotel is classy as its name! The staff are all very welcome and helpful! It’s location is very strategy as it’s near the entrance of Ankawa! If you ever visit Ankawa try this hotel and don’t hesitate to write a review about it! You can thank me later

Classy is located in an interesting location, Ainkawa. Easily accessed, as it is close to the 100 meter road, not deep in the neighborhood which is as complicated as a maze. The hotel is clean. I got a decent offer for the non-profit I work for.

Something weird happened , I've known a very friendly staff member the first night of my stay and suddenly he started to avoid me the next day for absolutely no reason .... I think that was a fake friendliness!!

The location is good as when you walk out you can see some of the nicest restaurants in Erbil . Staff is really nice , rooms are bit small but location compensates this very well.

The place needs renovation. The Greek grill restaurant which is on the ground floor has food that it actually resembles the Greek taste but it is over-priced. We had cheeper Greek food in Germany!

Okay hotel in Ainkawa. Stayed there in first half of 2018 for several nights. A plus is the good location: easy to reach from the airport, but also situated near the central streets of Ainkawa with cafés, restaurants and liquor stores. Yet: food in the upstairs restaurant is not that good and we had to wait for ages to get served. There's also a Greek restaurant on the ground floor, it is supposed to be better, but we didn't try. Rooms are okay, A/C is working.

My favorite salad in the city is the Greek salad there, it's delicious and huge. The atmosphere is calm and the ac is good.
