Great coffee and amazing service, the guys here are amazing, very polite and friendly, they have a good selection of single origin coffee beans, and some great creative drinks alongside the classics. The atmosphere is great because there is no smoking, but the music is too cliche and the ac is too cold.

The place is nice, sweet, and cozy, the seating is a little uncomfortable, the service is nice, and the coffee is average.

Visited this cafe recently. The atmosphere is really nice and cozy, which I liked. I tried the espresso, but honestly, it wasn’t anything special. The service, though… I have to say, it was disappointing. The staff just grabbed the cup with their hands and brought it straight to our table—I’m not sure how clean that was. 😬 I even uploaded a picture of the cup to show how it was handled. Overall, the place looks good, but the coffee and service could definitely use some improvement.

Staff: Nice. Espresso: below expectation and espresso was under extracted: either the coffee beans grinder or the coffee machine needs replacement or upgrade.

One of the worst coffee’s i have ever drank in Hawler… They have such a good location but their items are such a let down… service was pretty good but the atmosphere was also a let down because all the tables are situated MILLIMETERS away from one another so all 4 tables next to us could hear every single bit of our conversations…

The management of this place is extremely weak, and the overall operation is far from acceptable. The staff are noticeably unprofessional, impolite, and poorly trained — they don’t even know the basic differences between milk types needed to prepare a proper cappuccino. The cappuccino I received tasted almost like water. Instead of using low-fat milk, they simply diluted it, resulting in a drink with no quality whatsoever.
