Unfortunately, they don't respect their word. We called them and booked three nights a day in advance. When the family arrived in the morning, they said they didn't have a reservation by that name. We swear to God, we called them and made a reservation, but because it's the mid-year holiday season and many people are coming, they disregarded their word. No one would ever think of staying in or entering such hotels again.
