This hotel is really great. Such great staff and friendly workers. The rooms are nice and clean and the price is reasonable.

Its a good hotel, Rooms are clean and spacious. There is a good restaurant in the ground floor. The small cafe in the lobby is quiet place for working, attending online meetings or just drinking coffee. The breakfast buffet doesn't offer many choices, it could better.

The room was clean and very comfortable, including most of the necessary stuffs. Open buffet has delicious food and drinks in good level. The staffs were polite and responsible. The prices is relatively expensive for each night.

It's a very good hotel, nice and friendly staff. Very helpful. Minor problems I had in my room. But they were very helpful and fixed them as soon as they could. The breakfast buffet was also very good and inclusive of several types of food. There is also a great restaurant just outside the hotel.

I booked this hotel twice. But their reservation staff are very very rude. A five-star hotel has no right to say that a guest is not allowed to come to see you. This is really disrespectful to hotel guests. I have traveled to more than 12 countries and this was the first hotel that disrespected me like this. I told them why they are not allowed to give the correct answer. And this hotel is very far from the city center. As a person who goes to 5-star hotels, I do not recommend this hotel at all. They are very rude and uncultured

I would like to thank Dr. Al-Baydari; he is one of the best doctors in Erbil. The clinic is always clean, and everything is perfectly sterilized. And honestly, all the good things said about him are true.

I've stayed in many 5-star hotels and suffered from poor food, but at the Cristal Hotel, the food is truly outstanding. The price is reasonable considering the food, services, and quality of the rooms. They have a luxurious and very elegant hall for events and conferences. I highly recommend everyone to stay here.

A wonderful hotel, a beautiful place with helpful staff. The open buffet is very varied, and the restaurant and view are very beautiful. However, unfortunately, we stayed in the back room, which was enclosed with no view or ventilation. I recommend booking a front room instead. Thank you.
