The hotel is in a very good location and offers convenient parking. However, the experience at reception was disappointing. One of the female reception staff was uncooperative and assigned us a poor-quality room despite charging a five-star hotel price. To make matters worse, rainwater leaked into the room. Overall, it was a very bad experience.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is no longer what it once was.
After the staff change, the quality of service has noticeably declined, becoming more like a casual restaurant, which is unbecoming of a five-star establishment. I was a regular customer and loved this place for its elegance and professionalism, but my last experience was extremely disappointing.
