New hotel in central plaza. It’s very clean, nice, and staff are friendly and welcoming. Rooms are also very nice and quiet. Breakfast is perfect in 40th floor. Price is reasonable.

We came as a group of four from London. It was an amazing hotel with very wonderful staff (shout out to Moustafa). It's a brand new hotel and they pay a lot of attention to detail. Amazing city view from the balcony. Definitely leave time to enjoy the sauna, steam, swimming pool, and the jacuzzi.

I had a very pleasant stay overall. The service was excellent, the staff were friendly and professional, the location was perfect and viewing, and the hotel decoration was beautiful and welcoming. The breakfast was also excellent with a great variety of options. The only issue was the room had an annoying water noise coming from inside the wall, which made it difficult to sleep or relax properly. If this problem is fixed, the hotel would be truly perfect.

Comfortable accommodation in the heart of Duhok with a service available for a fee. The best thing about it is the view from the restaurant on the 40th floor and the variety of the morning buffet.

I stayed at the hotel with my family, and we reserved two rooms. The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, especially Hana at the reception. She was amazing, very helpful, and made our stay even more enjoyable

We stayed at this hotel during our time in Syria and honestly felt very comfortable. The rooms were clean and well organized, and everything was in good order. Most importantly, we felt completely safe throughout our stay and had no concerns at all. The staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. It felt less like a hotel and more like staying at a friend’s place. If we come back again, we would definitely choose this hotel without hesitation. Highly recommended.

Loved staying here! The room is lovely, the most comfortable bed and great view of the mountains. Staff are really nice and great amenities- including gym, sauna and pool. Really worth the price. Excited to come back to Duhok to stay here again : )

Well designed clean rooms all above 30th floor! The landscape is amazing here. The café and restaurants at ground floor and roof top (40th) floor are all great. Don't forget to try the sweets and bakery shop at the compound entrance. Prices per night per room are very reasonable considering the service you get here.

19-20 / June I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was perfect – from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the excellent location. What truly made the experience unforgettable was the amazing staff. The team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The young men working there went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcomed and taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. We stayed here in August with family and was not disappointed at all. The staff are phenomenally welcoming and helpful from arrival to departure. We were welcomed by the valet team they were always smiling and ready to assist. The FOH team were very courteous and spoke exceptionally well English. The housekeeping team encountered during my stay were very caring and always acknowledged guests and greeted them with respect. Breakfast was simply the best I have had in Kurdistan the views were outstanding and the staff had a very keen eye to detail ensuring guests had a splendid breakfast experie

The hotel is more than amazing, honestly, i have never seen any hotel like this one, and i cannot describe the staff, they are really incredible, from external and internal. Very bad experience! Disadvantages, # Room service stole my MasterCard! # I came for Business. No one advised me for a good internet access, until I discovered a hidden network!! # My company requested an invoice with remarks that (price includes VAT and city tax). The receptionists were all not helpful. Tried to reach their manager but no one helped me out!! # Room Service used to open the door for housekeeping without prior consent! Not proper privacy! Advantages, - Location in Duhok is good. - Garage parking present. There are many hotels in the region with lower price + very good servi
