The room was so clean despite the hotel was so busy during Eid days. The receptionist was not welcoming maybe because there is so many customers. The breakfast was amazing but they need to add more tables because some families didn’t find one. The only thing I hate about this hotel that they didn’t allow to women to swim or either to sit in front of the swimming pool why? If it’s a family hotel I should swim with my husband hope they fix it.

i have negative experience at the DDK Hotel. Losing a valuable possession like a watch can be frustrating, and it's disappointing that the hotel staff didn't help me. It's also concerning that my room wasn't fully cleaned on the second day of my stay. The hotel needs to improve its customer service and housekeeping practices to meet guests' expectations.

Very nice and quite hotel , with excellent view from room/ rooms to Duhok city and hills . Rooms clean with perfect service. By arriving I was welcome from professional manager Ravand who speaks different languages and takes his time to explain any asked questions. Breakfast in hotel is for different nations and fresh products. My 2 weeks duration I didn’t feel as a tourist anymore . Stay like that guys and thank you for your perfect services .

One of the worst experiences in my life with hotels and customer service is the worst. They say no to anything, they don't respect customers and are very arrogant. I had a challenge and didn't accept No as an answer. Management was hostile, rude, and not professional. The hotel looks fancy, but rooms are very small, and toilets are like solidarity cells in a prison. Over-priced and overrated. We couldn't sleep due to the main street noise and generator.

As I mentioned in my booking review, I find this hotel good located. The room is a bit small, but the most disheartening element of this hotel is the staff. Some of them were really good and sweet, but a few of them rude and unhelpful.
