The service at this coffee house is exceptional! The staff is consistently warm, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. Every visit feels personal—they remember my usual order and always greet me with a smile. You can tell they genuinely care about creating a relaxing experience for their customers. A huge part of why I keep coming back!

This place offers a breathtaking view during the day. It’s a peaceful haven for coffee and tea lovers, though there’s no food available. However, they make up for it with an extensive selection of desserts and sweet treats. They also have a great collection of books to read, and the internet connection is incredibly fast. Plus, they have electrical switches to charge your phones and laptops.

Super rude staff ! To be more precise a girl called Husna, she made a problem from nowhere, and despite it was a misunderstanding from their side she insisted that we pay for a service we didn't get! When we said it was a misunderstanding she was even more rude and instead of understanding ! She wanted to make a problem for another employee her colleague (Noor) To be fair Noor was new and super nice and she was just being helpful, I just feel sorry she has to work under this pressure and attitude! Had a bad experience with the service there. The lady who brought our drinks was rude and tried to escalate a simple misanderstanding into something bigger . However, the bakery staff were sweet. Would not visit again or suggest to my friends.

Smoked cheese sandwich was horrible. Overfilled with mayo and pickles. And was not fresh. Hot Americano to-go was overflowed. Got spilled all over the car the minute we got into the car. I believe paying attention to such details is a big matter. You don’t want the customer to leave the place with such feeling. Specifically your place.

The service and the waiter was very bad when we ask him for a table if it’s free or not he was very aggressive and bad communication and i don’t advice any one to go there👎🏻 . The waiter has a curly hair
