Modern printing and advertising

I visited Deal Company today for printing services. As soon as we entered the office, we said hello, but no one greeted us or even acknowledged our presence. We waited inside for about 5–10 minutes, and even though there were staff members present, no one approached us or offered any assistance. It felt like customer service was completely lacking. I do not recommend a company that doesn’t care to welcome or support potential customers who walk through their door.

I printed invoices for my small business, they did print it with a wrong font that changed the meaning of writing. I waited for two months to reprint the invoices, Yesterday a member of my business visited them to follow up about the case , they have been rude to him and he just left the office without further action. These invoices worth nothing but you must to committed to your job and respect others while the problem comes from your side.
