I had a very bad experience with Decor Home due to poor customer service. I registered and paid for an L-shaped furniture set in advance, and was told it would be ready within 1–2 weeks. However, it took more than one and a half months for the delivery.
Even after the long delay, the order was incomplete and incorrect. The furniture was supposed to come in 6 pieces, but:
• One piece was completely missing
• One piece was delivered with the right/left side incorrect
• Another piece was not properly completed
Overall, this caused a lot of inconvenience and disappointment. I would not recommend
