A very luxury hotel with very luxurious and comfortable rooms and excellent location on main roads. The staff are very helpful and professional and they speak 3 languages so the communication is very easy. The breakfast in the morning was great, delicious and diverse, the food served here anyway is great as the quality of the dishes is impressive and there menu are diverse. Amazing hotel with good service, food and drinks are good. Rooms are comfy and reception staff were so friendly and professional, you have to see the pool also. Their services as venue for event is great, so easy to facilitate an event at the hotel.

I had an exciting stay at the Dedeman Hotel in Erbil! Our experience at the hotel was amazing from the luxurious rooms to the amazing dining options and top-notch service. Not only did they provide a variety of food to choose from, we also were satisfied with their meeting rooms and the many services they provide. They truly know how to make guests feel special during their stay.

Went there for Lotus spa and sport center.good place and recommend to visit. Staying there for more than 10 days , and breakfast is fine ....multi options ...heating system not working and asked for bringing electric heater to get room warm.overall the hotel needs renovation 😉.

I enjoyed during my present day at hotel it’s quite and very clean place, also the meals are so delicious. The conference room we are met was comfortable and all services are available like, internet, project show, and coffee break. Also there are many of recreation area such as swimming pool, SPA and GYM so any body can doing his hobby. The photos below are during the Minister of Health conference with WHO.

In the past there was more than one restaurant inside the hotel there was lili Restorant and moon night in the m1 floor which was very good for dinner; nowadays the only weak point is this ! I mean no Restaurants other than the one which is in the first floor. The neighborhood area is not friendly and doesn’t gives nice feeling specially in night, I don’t feel safe to walk outside.

One of the best hotels in Erbil located in the heart of the 60meter street. Contains spa and pool . Clean and neat with nice arranged rooms. Food is very delicious (I had breakfast and lunch here) I had a great time here (three nights).

Every things good and above... the staff very welcoming, the lobby too comfort, hospitality great.. and the best of all the location, from Hotel you can go every where easily and avoiding the crowed of the city center. Wonderfull place that's near to the important and historical places in Erbil. Accecpted services quality, I hope to improve buffet to make it more diversity. When i visit Erbil in future, i would decide to make it my first resident option.

Very comfortable hotel, specially for families; quite, clean, and their staff are very friendly. For the singles who like to bring their GFswith them, they will not accept that according to the registration of Kurdistan.

I believe the name should be motel, because is on the junction on a high street. Very nice location and can be identified from long distance at nice because of the disco lights. Good restaurant just opposite the hotel and affordable. Very close to the central market CBD and the citadel.

Nice 5 stars turkish chain hotel in the heart of erbil, a very convinient location. Everywhere is very clean and shiny, rooms are very well equipped. Complimentary water coffee and cream, bathroom fully equipped, safe available in room, no iron, no bathrobe, (i didnt mind). The room is very nicely contemporary decorated. Views over the city. International tv chains on tv. Swiming pool and other activities are available such as conference center and meeting rooms. Wifi free. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Im traveled to Kuridistan from Armenia🇦🇲 and I stayed at Dedeman hotel for a few days and omg that was an unforgettable experience for me. The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was so clean and comfortable with all the necessary equipements. For the breakfast you literally could choose whatever you wanted. Long story short i enjoyed my stay there. And the view for the window wa so nice. The only bad thing about the city is the electricity problem and the heat which was insane. Sometimes it reached up to 50°C. That was killing me.

I think it's great hotel in Erbil because have best service and amazing view and near city center and near everything have a big hall for confrance and wedding and seminar and have a small hall for meeting and conversation and you can pay by visa card or master card I think it's important for tourism and have restaurant for breakfast and lunch and have mood's bar weekly And have server spa and massage and swim

I stayed at the Dedeman Erbil Hotel for three nights, and while the staff were genuinely kind and helpful, the overall experience was disappointing. Let’s start with the positives: the service was excellent. The receptionists were friendly and quick to assist, and the housekeeping staff did their best to make guests feel comfortable. I stayed few days in Dedeman hotel. Everything was perfect; location, facility, services. Especially, staff courtesy and the open buffer breakfast was immaculate. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel.

I haven’t stayed in the rooms, but if they’re anything like the food and interior, you’ll probably love this place. The dishes are delicious—typically not too salty, similar to traditional Airbull cuisine. As a Muslim, I’m not sure if the meat is halal, as I didn’t ask. I did notice the chef praying, which might be a good sign, but I can’t confirm the food’s halal status. Overall, though, the taste and quality are excellent.

The hotel overall was good. The staff were good too but I would say it’s more of a 4 stars hotel. The location is close to everything. It has a spa, swimming pool and a gym. rooms could be more ventilated. The food was very good and had many vegan and vegetarian options. the hotel entrance is a staircase and did not notice any accessibility for wheelchairs.

I went to the spa with my friends. It was a decent experience. First the gym, which was small, and the devices were old. The swimming pool was really warm which was good. But it was very small. And didn't have deep section. The sauna and the steam bath was good. The Turkish bath was the most fun. And the price was reasonable, 25000 for the package.
