A small hotel located in Ain Kawa on a side street. To be honest, the rooms are very clean and new, but there's no view from the side and back rooms, and the soundproofing is very poor. The service is average, the breakfast is mediocre, and most of the staff are Syrian and need more experience in customer service. There is free parking in front of the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was truly perfect. 🛏️ The Room The room was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The bed was cozy, and I slept very well. The view from the window was magnificent, which made my stay even more enjoyable. ☕ Breakfast Breakfast was delicious and varied. Very bad, there is no comfort there. Guests stay up late and get drunk in their rooms until morning.

A truly wonderful hotel, worthy of 5 stars. Free parking is available. The reception staff, especially Ahmed, are excellent and very polite. Free tea, coffee, and water are provided at reception. Elevators are available. The rooms are very clean and modern with central air conditioning, a kettle, and complimentary tea and water. Soap, shampoo, and a toothbrush are also provided. Breakfast is an open buffet with most morning meals covered. There is a small swimming pool and free massages within the hotel. The location is close to markets. I highly recommend it.

A wonderful stay - I highly recommend it! I had a fantastic experience during my stay at the hotel. From the moment I arrived, the receptionist, Mr. Ahmed, was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. An excellent hotel. I booked for one day. Their reception was lovely, their hospitality was excellent, and their service was comprehensive. Most importantly, the cleanliness was outstanding. God willing, we will book again on our next visit to Erbil. I wish them continued success.
