They claimed a doctor will be doing the surgery, but it was done by technicians only. The one who was supposed to be a doctor did not speak a word in English proving that he has never gone to med school since all med schools are taught in English. They are highly inexperienced and just wanted to get my money so they ended up ruining my hair.
The receptionist is extremely rude and condescending and everything she says is very insulting.
Tough costumer service
The worst service, I swear to God.
They charged fully but did not measure the hairline with laser as they advertise in their Instagram, the hairline they made was wrong because they made it manually. They basically didn't cover any bald area and only did the transplant where I already had hair. Even after booking the appointment one month prior, they lied and said that the clinic is closed in the morning and cancelled my morning appointment and said only evening sessions are available but when I visited they already finished morning surgeries of few people who wer jsut leaving surgery rooms. No doctor was assigned for the surg
