Very poor management and rude staff—avoid. I booked a 2:00 PM appointment well in advance as I am visiting from 🇬🇧 . I arrived exactly on time and sat waiting until 2:20 PM, only to then be told the doctor was too busy and I had to wait another hour. On top of the massive delay, the reception staff was not welcoming or polite at all. I refused to waste my time under such unprofessional conditions, so I said thank you and left. The clinic completely lacks communication, customer service, and respect for patients.

The Doctor is great, but the management is a nightmare. I have mixed feelings about this practice. On one hand, the doctor is clearly brilliant, highly skilled, and very good at what they do. However, the office staff and administrative side are completely unprofessional. I waited for over 3 hours past my scheduled time, and the staff seemed completely indifferent to the delay. No one offered an apology, an update, or even a basic courtesy like a glass of water or coffee during the long wait. It has been an exhausting, long day. It’s a shame that such a talented doctor is backed by such a dism
