We go inside, too much smell for wc in the door , and when u come inside they don't ask about drink or anything, the same women for laser did facial for face and in the middle of the job she go another room and did laser for another customer in another room , and their material was not Sterile and she clean it only with Alcohol , and not friendly ! except reception, I'm explaining about my face and they are angry, customer service is very important, results 4/10 bad experience in this area ,

Thank you for the very classy treatment of the reception staff, but unfortunately the nurse's treatment was unsatisfactory. There was a lack of understanding of those who had a problem and a failure to provide assistance. Consequently, the laser service was unsatisfactory, as the laser diluted the material, and therefore the service was not beneficial. A suggestion for the laser department is to implement a self-service option for the nurse. Thank you for conducting the survey to improve your services.
