Many thanks to the doctor and his clinic for examining my cat externally free of charge, and to his kind assistant who gave my cat an injection for the bruises after a stone fell on it, also free of charge. Thank you to him and his clinic for their efforts.

RIP Shahin We tried our best to save our lovely Shahin but it was to late. Doctor Sam did his best to save him The place is in continues progress and the people there tried thier best to develop it.

Very good service and nice staff , Dr.Sam is very nice , only one point I want to share that the pets in cages are very sad and hopeless , the big dog do not have distance to walk that is not good for the pets , I wish if they can put them in bigger cages please

Straight up unprofessional and sketchy vet. In my experience, Dr. Sam gives overdoses and does not care about the animal’s age or weight when prescribing medication...He barely examines the pet and just throws meds at you for money, often at dangerously high doses, with zero explanation about dosage or side effects. When his treatment clearly damages an animal’s health, he never takes responsibility or tries to fix the problem and immediately blames it on a virus even when the condition has nothing to do with a virus.Taking your pet there is basically gambling.If an animal gets better, it’s on

Worst veterinary ever. Whatever animal I took there came out dead. Not recommended!

I took my cat there and instead of taking care of it what did they do? They lost my cat took the money of the surgery and put no effort in trying to find it do yourself a favor and take your pet to a better vet my cat is now lost and sick and I bet he hasn't survived if you care about your cat take it to a better vet the doctor is unprofessional doesn't care about the animals doesn't know how to properly and carefully handle them my baby is now lost and I can't do anything about it.

I had terrible experiences with this Pet Shop. First their opening timings are all wrong. Neither 10am nor 11am just whenever suits them. I went to the place again when they opened and surrendered my cat for full grooming. After 3hrs, nothing has been to the cat claiming it needs sedation. What a waste of time visiting this place. I complained to the Vet doctor, no response but ignorance.

I lost my kitten because Dr. Sam didn’t do any checkup for my Pookie. He kept giving him energy booster injections and mentioned he was just getting cold without addressing the underlying issue. After three days, he finally did a physical checkup and said his kidney was working at only 40%. By then, my kitten was so dehydrated, and nothing could save him. He wasted Pookie’s time for three days straight when a physical checkup could have made a difference. This review is for Pookie’s soul. I hope no one else has to endure the pain I am experiencing now.

I dont recommend this place it was really terrible and i took my puppy there and bc of not putting on a glove or any other safety requirements my puppy got parvo virus if u dont know what that is its a dog virus that humans can care it and while touching other pets they can get infected! And i took her to dr samem but he didn't take care of my puppy and if i didn't change the vet my puppy would've died and he even takes alot of money!if u love ur pet ur not gonna take it there!

This place doesn’t even deserve a star this is the worst pet shop ever the worst smell pets in small cages and the secretary is VAPING SMOKING IN THE PETS ROOM i took my cat there he gave her injection for 53 iQD FOR ONE INJECTION?? The cat wouldn’t bond with us she started having fungus and breathing problems we are hoping our cat getting better with natural ingredients either tho never take your pets there make more researches there are plenty drs who are smart and care for the pets if u are gonna reply to this how about u go back and study and actually treat animals

They sell wild life!!!! This must be prohibited in general! This is an endangered animal!!!! Shame on the stupidity of the owner of this place ! a 2002 study found that of 126 captive-born lions, 40.5% died before reaching two years of age.
