Great building projects, built as a community with its own security. You're asked where you want to go before being allowed through, which makes you feel very safe on the premises. The view from the new apartments is fantastic, overlooking the entire city. The area in front of the building is cleaned regularly.

I dont know about the older villas, but the new modern villas are built terribly. Everything put in the homes is the cheapest and lowest grade quality that they could find. The architects, engineers and construction workers all need to be replaced or trained better. The houses have really bad indoor designs, from the flooring, to doors, to the electric socket placements, to the layout of bathrooms and closets. The houses are also pulling water and moisture from outside, which is causing extra humidity and mold inside the homes. This is a result of inexperienced workers not doing a proper job w
