Clean hotel. The suite has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a clean, tidy living room. It includes a TV, refrigerator, kettle, stove, and sink. The breakfast is nice, the staff are helpful and friendly, and the reception is open 24 hours a day, ready to assist with any request.
This is my second visit and it's still at the same high standard. The rooms are large and clean, with excellent air conditioning and complete amenities. The bathroom has a built-in bidet, and there's also a hose in the shower. The staff is excellent, helpful, and cheerful. It's quiet and peaceful. The breakfast buffet definitely needs improvement. The street it's on is lively, with shops and restaurants, yet also quiet. The room rates are very reasonable compared to the services and everything else. This is a great hotel. The staff is attentive and the rooms have been updated and are well done. Arik us sizes (we had a group of 8) all well appointed. The price point is great and it is centrally located in a walkable area. My friend also stayed here twice before and he said it gets better each time (with upgrades).

A pretty nice hotel overall, I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and the rooms were decent and clean, the power never went out and the AC stayed Ice cold. the staff were pretty nice and never wete late to deliver water or anything we asked for.

I honestly didn’t enjoy my visit much. I found the room pretty hot because the AC is old and the TV is basically useless because it only has turkish channels on it.
Amazing place to spend the weekend! with good prices. The hotel is very clean and have amazing staff. I enjoyed being there...... I will visit it in my next trip to Duhok. I advise everyone to stay there, They offer good discounts.
