The staff was unprofessional, even locked the kitchen and bathroom doors sometimes! The salon was noisy, and non-VIP customers were clearly treated differently, with basic products unavailable. They need better makeup products for different types of skins. The salon did not meet expectations especially for a wedding day.

I’d say below worse. I have never seen someone this disrespecting. The owner shouts at their clients without anyone saying a word. She called me once and spoke so badly about her clients calling them “close-minded and non civilized”.
