I had the most relaxing experience at this place From the moment I sat down, the staff made me feel completely at ease. They started with a quick scalp analysis which was great because it felt like the treatment was tailored to my hair’s needs. The dry massage was pure bliss!!instantly calming and set the tone for the whole experience. The shampooing was gentle yet thorough, and I could literally feel the buildup being washed away. The nourishing mask left my hair feeling incredibly soft, and the additional scalp massage while it set was the cherry on top. By the end, my scalp felt refreshed

I was really disappointed with my experience at this salon. After waiting for over an hour, my facial treatment lasted only about 15–20 minutes, when usually facials take at least 40 minutes to an hour. It felt rushed and honestly like I didn’t get what I paid for. I wasn’t expecting such poor service, especially after the long wait. Definitely not worth the time or money.👎🏻

I came on a Friday for the Japanese hair spa. The person was very friendly at first. We started 30 min late and the service did not meet my expectations. I did not receive most of the services that are advertised on their Instagram page. The place is really loud as the room for the treatment is not closed, it was difficult to relax while hearing blow dryers and loud phone calls. The person doing the treatment barely talked to me.
