The place is nice and modern.. nice garden and lighting too… the cost of services is high and the quality of services is poor… the building is good but most of the owners of apartments for rent buy bad and ugly furniture… there is no reception in the building and the elevators are always broken… the worst thing is that the government electricity is always cut off so they can run the electricity generators and you pay for these generators… they do not have a special application for electricity, payment and bills… there are less quality complexes but they have
