The first problem is • security. It's nonsense to be searched every single time you go back to the hotel, and it wasn't even good enough cause i could have taken a machine gun in without them noticing. In general, that's very disrespectful to the clients because it's not a military base. • Also, expect a second search inside. • Even though i had a reservation, and i literally called in before arriving to make sure my room will be ready because i was tired from a long flight, yet the room wasn't ready and i had to wait for one hour at the reception and no one even bothered to apologize or try t

The hotel is great and the the staff are one of the best from what I've ever seen. They were very respectful to all the guests, helpful and cheerful. Would all the time offer their assistance and best service to be provided to the guests. As for the services: The food was delicious and all meals have variant type of dishes. ✨🧋🍹🧁🍮🍰🍱🍛🍲 You feel cozy when ordering tea cuz you get the kettle and cups. Which is a great thing especially in cold winters. 🥰🫖☕🧉 My only remarke is regarding the sanitation and bathroom part: Struggled with having a water hose attached to the toilet seat.

Very good service from the front desk staff. Hotel is very secure/safe. Rooms are above average for the region, and decent for the price. Restaurant service is a bit slow, but they get the orders right and are friendly.

ice upscale hotel especially from the inside. The outside is surrounded by concrete blocks and safety guards. You have to go to security to get in. I can not judge if this in nessesary or not. So better safe than sorry I suppose. It is located near the airport. (10 minute drive). The hotel provides pickup service (to be reserved) from the airport to the hotel. They have their own counter at the airport. Rooms are big and clean including kitchenette. Universal wall plugs are availible. International TV channels are availible but do not expect more than CNN, BCC and 1 or 2 movie channels. Br

Big room the service is good but each time you go back to the hote the checkpoint is very boring. You must wait five minutes.

Almost a five star hotel with really good security close to Erbil airport and Christian town of Ankawa. Cuppacino cost $7 a cup and not really worth if but rooms are great. Breakfast buffet is outstanding.
