I have a question: Is the lab open on Friday morning? We have a surgery.

Unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory. The outpatient clinic building is poorly organized, with very long queues, and the waiting areas are humid and extremely hot, making the wait stressful and uncomfortable for patients, especially children and the elderly. If this is classified as an international hospital, the quality of services and facilities, particularly the waiting environment, should be much higher. I hope these issues will be addressed and the patient experience improved as soon as possible.

We came from a province four hours away from Erbil, as per a pre-arranged appointment with Dr. Muzahim Al-Sumaida'i. I found these clinics to be the worst medical facility I have ever entered. All the restrooms were out of order except for one, whose sink was broken and shared by both men and women. There were no tissues. Dr. Muzahim's secretary was rude and spoke to patients arrogantly. They gave everyone an appointment for 10:00 AM, but when we arrived, it turned out the doctor had surgeries scheduled and asked patients to wait for 10 hours! Very disappointed, the cost of this hospital does not match the quality, my wife was having miscarriages and we waited 2 hours for on call doctor to arrive ( she was working another shift while being on call for this hospital!!!) even after her arrival her care was below zero and didn’t even visit patient before discharge from hospital, she just told someone there which wasn’t even a doctor what to do while she was doing other things Shame on them while they charge huge amounts of money with zero care, save your money and go to another hospital
