Great location, walkable neighborhoods (citadel and surrounding) proper hotel atmosphere 😉 big pool, food and drinks. Service is ok…. Prices are good, no special offers, the pool is overrated though.

I visited the hotel for swimming pool and for dinner. The swimming pools are clean both indoor and outdoor pools. The service there is very good, but very expensive, a bottle of 330ml water is for 3000IQD( nearly 2$). Dinner was open buffet, the food was good and fresh, I liked the beef roulade most. The view is very beautiful, and the gardens are very clean and well decorated.

Excellent accommodations, in the heart of Erbil, close to the Citadel and old town with parking. Rooms had a great view of the city, were clean, large enough and beds were comfortable. Excellent breakfast and lunch buffet and a lovely garden restaurant serving grilled meats and local specialties. The rooftop bar offers great views overlooking the city. Although the hotel and food are excellent none of it would be possible without the exceptional staff, all who go out of their way to ensure guests are comfortable. Located in the heart of Erbil city. Five minutes of walk to the Erbil citadel and the market. Overviewing the Gilkand park to enjoy a morning walk and fresh air. The rooms and service there are fabulous. Highly recommend it.

Loved that hotel. Chillaxing experience. I was there for a business week, so I stayed in a room also had daily meetings in the banquet hall. Gobind, banquet manager, is professional and adequate. Ahmed from restaurant was very observant too. Star Ali, the steward in restaurant, well spoken and smart.

Its a nice hotel located 5 minutes walking from Erbil city center and Citadel. Its sparkling clean and the staff are so nice. However, I stayed here and conducted a training for few days and their ground floor training venues aren't good. They are all opposite to each other and when some group have a break, the others would be disturbed because of the noise. Not to forget that their hanged projector was old with a bad quality, they provided us with another one, but on a tripod which was not the best solution as ut was blocking my movement as the trainer. Good 5 Star hotel in a good location. Security into it is a bit too much. Spa and heated in door swimming pool. Food is good too. Rooms are good and have better amenities than other hotels. The power outlets are global (the kind equipped to take any kind of plug) see picture below. Not sure why don't all hotels adopt such power outlets and save guests the hassle of adaptors. Bathroom had the usual kits but also pads for women. see picture below where it says "Sanitary Bag" in English but then "Female diapers bag" in Arabic.

The ballroom is big enough for over 400 people, so it's great for events.

Can't rate the rooms as I never stayed here, I just used the facilities pool and bar but, it was a good day out with my family and we shall be visiting again before our return to the UK

Very expensive hotel and not very special normal hotel rooms like 3 star hotels and very strange rules for food not allowed to bring, mostly people use is for workshops and events, hopefully they care more about the quality of their rooms, and also the food is very expensive to eat it's not making any sense.

Nicely located and a good hotel for business traveller. Economically priced with good rooms and nice coffee shop with good breakfast.

A perfect place to stay. Beautiful surroundings, outstanding service, and a warm welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended and definitely worth visiting again.

Polite staff and I had a very comfortable stay. The staff Hassan and the head chef Mehdi are exceptional and super kind to the guests. I had one of the best breakfasts ever and definitely best in Iraq. I still remember the yummy home made jams and chef Mehdi gave me very good tips for exploring the region.

Erbil International Hotel, a very nice and iconic hotel in Erbil. It is located in a strategic location, close to the local bazar and entertainment. Also close to the Nishtiman bazar and Erbil historic citadel.
