Erbil Platinum Hotel

It was okay, one thing though I would not recommend to book a room that is located a high level because when I stayed there people were complaining about the showers for some reason it didn't work .

Honestly, the hotel is very nice, the service was excellent, especially from Abu Anas, and it's close to the city center with its restaurants, cafes, and markets. The price is reasonable considering the services, and the breakfast was more than wonderful. It was a lovely experience.

On August 8, 2024, I booked a room for two days at a hotel located near Al-Iskan Street, just 3 minutes away. It's a good hotel that offers breakfast (my rating for the food is 4). It also has a swimming pool and sauna (my rating for these is 3). The room was cool and clean, and the bathroom and mattresses were clean (my rating for these is 5). The view of the street was beautiful, and the service was good (my rating for this is 4). The price was higher than other hotels; I booked it for 60,000 (currency unspecified).

Excellent service, reasonable prices for everyone, a family-friendly hotel based on my 20-day stay. The management team and customer service were outstanding. I wish them continued success.

Excellent hotel, great service and hospitality, cleanliness, excellent location, many restaurants and cafes around the hotel. The staff is excellent, especially Mr. Muhannad and Mr. Talib, who are extremely respectful and easy to deal with.

The White Platinum is situated on the outer ring road about 15 minutes walk from the citadel which suited me much better than Erbil's newer but more distant hotels. Overall this place is below par. The lobby looks good but the rooms are not …

The rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly, the price is reasonable, and the breakfast is 10/10. I highly recommend it.

Solid hotel, not cheap but it gets you a large room and very welcoming and friendly personnel.

it wasn't the best, there were alot of flaws and here are some of them so I hope you considered these when booking this hotel 1) the fridges don't work, and if you're lucky they might work but they do not cool the food they just don't let it get warmer 2) their customer service isn't good, we were missing a blanket, a pillow and water inside our fridge. so we called them and they said they will be there in 10 minutes, but 1 hour passed by and nothing. we asked them several hours later they said "sorry we will get them now" and after a while they did bring them but the blanket was missing so

This was really good service staff was so nice and we even got a discount. But the rooms are a bit messed walls and yeah.

This was one of bad experiences the staff is not nice and not kind it’s not clean they don’t change the sheets in bathroom they put only one towel for us also without changing next day we asked for a blanket for my son it was cold for two days and they didn’t bring it under the beds there is cigarettes and dirty the breakfast is bad we went out for breakfast Highly not not not recommending this place
