Amazing place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable, facilities are well maintained, breakfast was one of the best I've had in the middle east and staff were all lovely. Highly recommend!

It is a good hotel, very close to the city center of Erbil. Service was friendly and the breakfast was good. They have a great swimming pool on the top of the building, that was great.

I stayed there for one week ,unfortunately, the behavior of one , which seemed to be significant person , was absolutely disrespectful, i had a lot of points on him but i will not mention it i hope the administration of hotel take that pint very seriously, because it will affect the fame of the hotel .

They have a pool and gym on the rooftop. Awesome place for a quiet and peaceful stay in Erbil. It's a 5-star hotel. Nice staff and clean rooms. I highly recommend this place. Good hotel - they have a large and beautiful pool downstairs.

Parks, popular markets, and an indoor shopping center are located near the hotel. The palace is also close by. Everything you need is delivered directly to you. You can arrange it yourself or the hotel brings it. (Staff with a smile on their faces cater to all requests and needs.) I am glad I chose this hotel.

There is a huge lack of hygiene, and the beds are infested with bed bugs! This is a major oversight and a complete disgrace from the management… Here is a picture of a bed bug from the hotel room, and these are the bites.

The location is beautiful, right on the Corniche. The place is luxurious. I visited it during the Ghabga Festival on the eighth floor. The layout is nice but needs more attention, and the prices are very high. The place is almost empty.

One of the best hotels in Erbil is the Erbil Quartz Hotel. It offers excellent hotel service and a restaurant serving delicious breakfasts featuring the finest Iraqi dishes. I highly recommend it to everyone.

A very upscale and quiet hotel, close to the city center.

It cannot be considered a 5-star hotel. The receptionist's attitude was inappropriate; there was no cooperation whatsoever, as if the accommodation was free. The breakfast was also poor.

The AC unit is broken, I'm freezing. The service is unfortunately terrible. The prices of the refrigerator items are very expensive.

The suite was a good size, clean . Polite receptionist. WE couldn't sleep because of the noise from cars and motorbikes. The windows weren't sealed, and it was a nightmare. Breakfast was low quality. Swimming was clean and nise

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. I stayed here during an extreme heatwave, and the room conditioning was absolutely terrible. I was moved to two different rooms, and neither had working air conditioning. It was like sleeping in an oven. The reception staff were not just unhelpful—they were passive-aggressive and made it feel like I was a burden for asking for basic service.
