Erbil Rent a Car Param Company

A good car rental company in Erbil, with friendly and fast service. You leave your ID in the safe, so don't be surprised. Overall, it was hassle-free. I recommend it!

Picked up the car from Erbil airport and returned on time, good car with no hustle, reasonable price, very friendly staffs. I definitely recommend this car hire company. Thanks to all at Param

They made the trip much easier by providing clean and good vehicles, their pricing are fair and very affordable. Professional and amazing staff. Thank you.

Made my life easier. Came in looking for a car. They had one gave me a reasonable price of 35 USD a day. Car was excellent and had no problems with it. Had good fuel Economy as well. Overall a good experience

One of the best car rental companies in Erbil, excellent service and reasonable prices. The staff are friendly and kind, especially Mr. Sarhad, whose manners are excellent and his service is outstanding. Thank you to the entire team 🙏🙏🙏. Best regards. …

Top car rental – uncomplicated, reliable, and friendly. Would definitely use them again! Best regards, Azad

We rented a car 3 days from this company, It was a nice experience. The car is clean and the cost, the renting procedure are easy and clear. Recommend👍🏻👍🏻 …

Fast and straightforward. Reliable and helpful. Excellent value for money. Top-notch service and accessibility.

Reliable car company with good communication, especially with Sarhad. Highly recommend.

Thank you for your kind review appreciated your recommendation.

Fantastic car rental. We got a car in great condition, whole procedure of receiving and returning was fast and smooth. Easy contact in English via WhatsApp. We were also given a ride back to the hotel in Erbil after giving back the car. Deposit returned

We rented an SUV (highly recommended considering the number of unmarked street bumps) and everything was fine. Good car, good service. The deposit was debited on my credit card (300,000 IQD) a few weeks after returning the car but was reimbursed through Western Union within 24 hours of claiming it back. Overall, a good experience.

A very good rental company. The cars are clean and not old. The service is excellent. You can leave your documents or pay a deposit. The deposit is refunded without any hassle after 30 days from the return of the car (provided there is no police ticket).

Overall, first class service. Free transportation from and to the airport. Very clean cars and amazing 24 hours customer service.

Very good experience! No fraud or problems with the cars. Nice and helpful staff.

Had a wonderful experience dealing with Sarhad at Param car rentals. He got me into a vehicle and on my way in a matter of minutes. I would like to thank the whole team for their service and professionalism.

Friendly and helpful staff, clean cars, reasonable prices, I recommend them.

Very good company excellent customer service.

Absolutely recommended. I use Param on my every trip to Erbil, never had any problems (already six rentals). The staff and the owner are very helpful, cars well maintained, prices very reasonable. They do not take your passport as a deposit, whereas most Erbil car rentals do it!!!

The best place to rent various cars and manual and automatic cars. I swear They are best person I have ever met in my entire life.🙂There was some minor damage to the car, but they ignored it, forgave me, and returned the money I had left as a guarantee. And I promised both myself and them that if everything went well, I would definitely write good things about their company.I talked to them about the car before arriving in Erbil. They gave me a car at a special discount and let me use the car for three days for free.I returned the car to them a month ago and was waiting for them to refund my p

Excellent service, very helpful staff, especially Haider and Hassan. The cars are very clean and the prices are excellent.

Best company with best cars full service very nice staff with best benefits they will pick up the car at the airport and drop you off there I have been renting a car from them for more than 5 years each . I thank you for everything ♥️♥️♥️

It was my first time renting a car. They took care of me professionally, with understanding and patience, I highly recommend them to everyone.

Best place to rent a car in Erbil. I lived in Erbil for a couple of years and I rented a car from them as well as most of my friends. This time I came back to Erbil for a visit and took a car for a week. Very easy to organize, good prices and they will even pick you up from the airport. Highly recommended.

Rented a car from PARAM for about two years. Recommend them to more than one of my friends. Fantastic service, best attitude and top in the line customer care. Wish you guys best of luck Hassan Rashid

Very nice and friendly staff, and honest prices !

Excellent service and reasonable prices. Airport transfer service is available. I recommend them.

Recommend Param rental cars highly! I rented a car in october, and experienced a very friendly and professional staff, recieved a clean and great car that was fully serviced. It was first time I rented a car in Iraq and Kurdistan.

They made my trip much easier came and picked me up at the airport the staff was nice and understanding when my flight was delayed rented a car for a month without any problems and I plan to rent more cars form them best service i have ever experienced

Efficient, quick and reliable

The best place ever seen I got great service from them I’ll definitely recommend it to them

Excellent service, reasonable prices, and the best part is the free airport pickup service anytime. I rate them 10 out of 10.

This was the best priced car rental we found, and we were able to find a somewhat small (Nissan Kicks) car to rent for 5 months. We wanted a smaller one because it was better fuel efficiency. When I had to return the car on a Friday, I just called them and they went and opened the office for me to do that.

The best car rental company in Erbil. The staff is very friendly and cooperative. They were always available and helpful. When you have an issue with the car, they will take it and give you another car to use. When they fix your car, they will deliver it to your house. We really recommend 🙏🏻

We have used the company's services 3 times already. Always professional service, free transfer from and to the airport, cars with good prices and great technical condition. IMPORTANT: This is the only rental company in Erbil where you do not have to leave your passport for the duration of the rental - this is important when you want to go outside of Erbil and need to cross checkpoints.

The car rental company impressed us with its smooth process, friendly customer service, and wide selection of vehicles. Booking was easy, the car was in perfect condition, and the pricing was fair and transparent. The entire experience – from pick-up to drop-off – was straightforward, making this car rental company an excellent choice. Highly recommended!

Best place to Rent a car nice people good price honest place. I will used agin 👍👍 Ahmad was the Best Customer service person ❤️ …

Great cars, great people. Best car rental in Erbil. Highly recomended. (27.10.2025) Unfortunately, about 2 months after returning the car, 299,000 IQD was charged to my credit card. The manager says it was a “banking error,” but I’ve been waiting for a refund for two weeks now. Until this is resolved, I can’t recommend this rental. (01.01.2026)

Unfortunately, I have to take back my 5 star review. They hit you with charges months later and do NOT reply/try to explain them. I had a „traffic violation“, exact location unknown, kind of violation unknown😂. They promised me an English report but it never followed. Please use a reputable company! …
