Erbil Rotana

recently spent the Eid al-Adha holiday at the Erbil Rotana, and it was a wonderful experience. What I Loved: Cleanliness & Comfort: The hotel was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable throughout our entire stay. Outstanding Service: The staff and employees deserve a special shoutout. Everyone was incredibly polite, welcoming, and genuinely eager to help with a smile. The Pool: The pool area was pristine, very clean, and a perfect place to relax. Entertainment: The DJ night they hosted was incredibly fun and added a great vibe to the holiday. Areas for Improvement: Breakfas

Our experience at the hotel was excellent. The service was very professional, the location is perfect, and the breakfast was outstanding. Everything in the hotel was simply excellent. We would especially like to thank the staff for their outstanding hospitality, particularly Kenjo, Zana, and Ammar. Their kindness and professionalism truly made our stay memorable. It is a very beautiful and class hotel. The service there is very good, the food was delicious and tasty. But the cafeteria's prices very expensive. But I think it's normal for a five stars hotel. I advise to visit it.

Erbil Rotana is an exceptional hotel with a warm, peaceful atmosphere. The views from the Business Lounge are stunning, overlooking the city, new developments, and a beautiful nearby park. I went to the pool cool atmosphere It was 25$ weekdays and 40$ weekends My total bill during one day was about 140$ Including alcohol drinks and 2 shisha without ordering food

It was a very interesting experience and the staff are amazing especially Yasmeen and Mustafa from the clubhouse i recommend including the club when ur in a business trip will provide three meals coffee and printer to facilitate ur work 😊

Rotana never disappoints, I make it a point to visit Rotana in every country I travel to, and my last visit was extra special as I was DJing there It was an amazing experience 💙

Hotel staff were super helpful. Food was amazing. Coffee was a near religious experience. Now, the less nice. Mattress was very hard, and the sound of motorcycles racing by at night made for multiple wakeups, but jet lag was a contributing factor.

The hotel is amazing and the service is top quality. The club lounge is amazing and Miss Yasmeen was very friendly and I advice all to book the club lounge.

Yasmeen's outgoing personality has been a delightful bonus to our stay. All the staff are very professional and accomidating. The hotel's ability to adjust our stay requirements has been a huge relief to what could have been a stressful situation.

We went for Christmas '24. The decorations were beautiful. We had a 1400 reservation. We opted for the $80.00pp package which included drinks 🍸 My only takeaway was the plates weren't being replenished in quick enough due to the amount of people being served and speaking of servers it would take ages to get your wine refilled. Other than that it was a great experience that I'll attend again next year. 🙂

Lovely experience in Rotana Erbil, friendly staff and good rooms. Buffet and A La carte restaurants (Italian and Freeze at pool side). Food was also good and location is nearby to malls and markets.

I always trust Rotana hotels , and Thai one of them. Breakfast was good and reflect the city culture which I appreciate. Front desk manager was very helpful . Only I would suggest them to renovate the rooms . But overall experience is good and I’ll come back . Attached the view from my room . Astonishing.

Great place to spend with your family, the food is good outdoor seating well organised, the service and the staff are really nice and polite, plus the pool it was nice as well although there were some maintenance during the morning and evening, but generally it’s nice to spend during the summer.
