Always too busy, but they have the best brownies I've ever had in my life!

Espressolab Erbil — I would give it 10/10, but the music was too loud. Even though we asked them to reduce the volume, it was still high for a café setting. If they manage this issue, it would be a highly recommended place.

The place is always crowded but if you dont mind a little wait then its a very nice place with good atmosphere, the drinks are alright, and the service is good.

Good but the door was off service

Mediocore experience at the best.. doesn’t compare to Baghdad’s branch which is far superior by all means. Plus many items are displayed on the menu but are not available at their branch yet. Guys are helpful but the branch needs to mature more.

The atmosphere, the interior design and the lighting are very harmonious, but unfortunately the coffee quality is not good!

The products are great, as in all Espressolabs, but more effort is needed on the service to make it as good as the Espressolab in Grand Majidi Mall. It wasn't even busy when I was there, so it's unclear why the service was so slow. I'm not sure that all staff know yet how to use the machines.

I wish I could give less than one star. This branch of Espresso Lab is incredibly disappointing in every aspect. The staff are noticeably inexperienced for such a consistently busy location. Most of them seem quite young, and there doesn’t appear to be any senior or experienced supervisor overseeing operations. My orders, and those of other customers have been repeatedly ignored during busy hours due to a clear lack of focus.
