Rude receptionist

The gym has potential, but I’ve noticed that some of the trainers in the women section often behave unprofessionally. They treat the space more like their personal hangout than a fitness centre, which makes the atmosphere uncomfortable for members. I hope management addresses this and improves staff professionalism, because the gym itself could be great with better trainer behaviour. I have to mention that receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

The gym is very nice and clean, definitely one of the top gyms in Erbil. However, I have a few concerns: 1. Machine Organization: The machines are not arranged properly. For example, leg machines are placed right in front of the biceps machines, and back machines are next to triceps machines. The organization could be improved for better workout flow. 2. I was charged the same membership fee for morning-only access as my friend was charged for full-time access. This seems unfair, and clients should be treated with transparency. 3. Customer Service. These scammers are taking exorbitant amounts of money for the most trivial things. They wouldn't let our little girl in with us and told us she had to go to the pool or daycare. We took her, and they forced us to pay 50,000 (Iraqi dinars) for her entry. A swimsuit that wasn't worth 10,000 was 53,000, and a hair hat was 10,000. A daily pass is 50,000, and a weekly pass is $100. We went in for two hours—two women with three children—and they charged us over 300,000.
