Clean and comfortable. Very good location.

The breakfast was very tasty — I highly recommend all tourists give it a try!

I stayed for two nights, there room was comfy, wide clean bath, and nice view across the street: not to mention it's located at the heart of an active area. The reason I'm giving this rating, the same room cost has tripled in 3 months despite the same USD conversion rate. Today, there was over 6 kinds of cheese and salty options but there was no cream, butter or anything to break the salty taste. I asked for some help with this regard but they dismissed me kindly and I didn't get what I asked for. Unless I wish to stay in Ayn Kawa area, It's no longer my favorite hotel to stay in.

A very nice and clean hotel comparing to its price! It is very comfortable, the staff are kind and nice especially the receptionist guy. you have almost everything near by so the location is perfect if you love to be in the middle of everything.

As a single person, who was travelling alone, and on a business trip nearby. This 3-star hotel was ideal for me. Located in the mid city of Einkawa, clean rooms, friendly and very welcoming staff, quiet area, affordable prices compared to nearby hotels, and good freash breakfast. It was recommended by a friend to me and I would recommend it to others as well. 4 stars rating for not having GYM :(

I didn't stay because i Didn't feel it was clean enough. However,the reception guy was very kind and he tried to accept the negotiation on the price. But they don't have a restaurant and usually the breakfast is at the lobby so I didn't like that too.

The location is good, close to the Airport and 120m highway, shops, mini markets, restaurants and pharmacies are close to the Hotel. The reception are professional nice. The room was big and comfy.

Very friendly staff, good size rooms. Quite and clean which is very good for a tired person to rest. Not very good internet connection and unfortunately there was no hot water. Overall, acceptable for the cheap price.

Clean and neat, but the light of room was not enough and they use only white light which is depressing and boring. Breakfast is repeating and not diverse unfortunately. The price is lower than similar hotels in Erbil. Generally the hotels in Erbil are more expensive than other countries and the standards are low!!! But Fareeq hotel is not too much expensive.
