The service is very bad. The staff only answer calls after numerous repeated attempts and offer no assistance in communicating with them. They also end the call before it's finished.

Their customer service is one of the worst i have ever seen, they don’t even answer phone calls, and IF they did, they would hang up before even helping you out. And their follow up with the items in the airport is not good either.
