I really enjoyed our stay at the Grand Millenium Hotel. The location was excellent. If we needed to go anywhere, we were literally in the middle of the city and it was quick to get on a main road. The views were also outstanding from our room. They had placed us on the 18th floor, which was gorgeous. In addition to enjoying the view from our room, we explored the 360 restaurant. One of the best hotel in sulaimani but if you come with family need to be sure that the extra bed available since they have shortage in hi-season. Breakfast variety very good and they have family indoor swimming pool , Lady swimming pool time from 2 to 5. Valet parking available. We went there for the open buffet for Iftar, and overall, the food was good. What stood out the most was the excellent service—the staff was incredibly helpful and polite. Initially, our seating wasn’t ideal, but one of the staff members noticed and told us he didn’t feel comfortable with us sitting there. He immediately took the initiative to find us a better spot, which I truly appreciated. The attention to detail and genuine care made the experience even better!

The hotel is good but far from the best in suli. Poisonous rat trap was inside the pool, of course the water is contaminated. The bathrooms are not ergonomic and cleanliness is ok at best. I booked for 1 night, and had to change my room 3 times. The reoccurring theme is the service is good but the finishing and nitpick cleanliness is not there.

This seems to be one of the most luxurious hotels in Sulaimani city in Kurdistan/Iraq and probably the highest building in the city with magnificent panoramic views. A luxury place, calm, perfect bed, perfect temperature, everything is good about the place is good even the price compared to divan erbil. But the worst is the staff, i cant see any professional staff, from the guys at the door (valet), then the guy at the reception night shift. We left our wallet there, after 5 hours we found out and went back to hotel at the same time the called us to come pick it up, it was pleasant. Compared to divan they need 80% change in staff.

We are at the 360 restaurant at the top of the hotel. Without doubt this is an amazing experience with the while restaurant rotating through 360 degrees every 40 mins or so. We arrived before sunset, stayed over 2 hours so got to see pre-sunset, sunset twilight and then night time views over Sulimani. The hotel is nice, its located on a hill, take note that if you have booked in standard room you will be staying at a lower level in the hotel. The hotel has quite a few good restaurants and bars. Wifi signals are very week. Be prepared to use your data service.
