The location is terrible, the garage services are poor, and they have almost no respect. The restaurant is about half a kilometer away; this is the closest place.

they marked it as 4 stars while it's barely meets 3 star requirements. Phone not working, bath seats are not fit, no towels, no hair dryer, no bed sheets, electrical plugs are weirdly palced.

Just don't come here for your own safety. Asked them a million times for new blankets because the room is dirty and it's leaking and they say yes and never do anything about it.

The hotel is far from everything, and the electricity is turned off for hours, and the heating is turned off in the morning, which means the worst experience I have ever seen in history.

This hotel is a mess. If it were a hotel, we'd call it one, but it's not a hotel; it's a complete mess. Don't let its exterior fool you. The worst thing about it is the rooms; you can hear noises from every floor! Hahahaha! May God curse the hotel owner! What did he build it out of? Cardboard? Shouldn't the walls be soundproof so guests can be comfortable in their rooms? Besides, the rooms are tiny and disgusting, and the breakfast is awful.

According to my brother, who stayed at this hotel, the rooms are small and don't meet the needs of a family of more than two. However, the food buffet is good.

The hotel is renovated and has a beautiful reception hall and nice rooms and its prices are good, but unfortunately we were surprised after booking that there was no breakfast except when groups were present, and we were surprised by the water being cut off in the morning. I think the reason for that was that we were alone in the hotel.

The hotel's location is good and close to the popular market in Duhok, but it could be classified as a higher-class hotel. The rooms are small and the services are subpar; in my opinion, it doesn't deserve more than one star.

A word of advice to anyone planning a trip to Duhok: never stay at this hotel. Its owner, Mustafa Qaffas, is a swindler and harasses the guests. I stayed there once, and the water was cut off for a whole day. The electricity kept turning off repeatedly to disconnect the air conditioner, then back on again, and so on. My advice is to find another hotel, especially if you're traveling with a tour group. If the tour operator takes you there, it means you've been sold out.

Honestly, this hotel is a complete disaster. The smell of sewage permeates the entire room from the bathroom. I had to buy air fresheners to mask the stench. The rooms are also cramped, and there's often no hot water. I swear to God, this is the truth.
