Absolutely terrible in every way. No service. The windows are broken and some don't close properly. The bathrooms are absolutely awful. The furniture is terrible. The room is filthy, like a garbage dump. The mattresses and blankets are dirty. Unfortunately, it was a complete and utter failure.

I'll share my experience: The room was spacious, but cleanliness was nonexistent. The bathroom was awful, extremely hot. The pillow was terrible, and the cooling was very good. However, I noticed that the air conditioning in the large room only works when the light is on; we can't turn off the light because the air conditioning will shut off. The electricity was good. A very, very bad hotel. Zero service, unclean bathrooms, no air conditioning or split units, no fan cooling, very weak internet, and unclean bedding.
