The motel is incredibly well situated, hence the vast access to restaurants and convenience shops. The rooms are neat and clean. The personnel is all nice. Hygiene appeared to have a particularly high priority and therefore the motel was very clean.

Very nice personel and good service. I would definetly recomend to stay here. Me and my family loved the visit and will absolutley book again for next trips. Its near to city, near the market and easy to take the bus and taxis.

A nice clean quiet motel with good location near city center and main roads, friendly staff, free wifi, free parking, elevator. No breakfast but there are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby that serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. Family friendly

A beautiful and clean hotel with very friendly service. The prices are reasonable. I recommend visiting it. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. Of course, its location on the map isn't 100% accurate.

One of the worst experiences you could have: the sheets are full of hair, the water pressure in the bathroom is so low you're given a basin and a bowl to bathe in, and it's generally unclean.

A motel located in the center of (Sulaimaniyah) on Salem Street, containing two-bedroom and one-bedroom hotel apartments with average service and very reasonable prices compared to first-class hotels. The (Wi-Fi) service is very good and the electricity never goes out...

The place is very tidy and quiet, and the staff are helpful, both in terms of price and service. There's a telephone between the apartments. Very suitable for families.

Expensive, without any services, a bunch of thieves who coordinate with the Kurdistan Region police, who beat up strangers who go to the police station, arrest you with a hundred excuses, and publicly say pay money and you will be released.
