successful and friendly customer services, maintenance, space parts departments. spare parts needs increased sort of items to overcome special requests as customers increase.

Ford company and services but expansive cost, I rejected their services, I hope they change their policy and prices

The waiting time for the inspection is completely unreasonable! I dropped off my car at 8 AM for a complete hydraulic replacement and an engine oil change, and everything was fine. However, when I requested an inspection for an issue that Im pretty sure is a minor issue, the staff informed me that the earliest appointment for the inspection was in 4 days! I tried my best to get the staff to arrange an earlier appointment, explaining that I had traveled from Duhok and had a trip coming up, but they refused to help.

Very unprofessional staff. I arrived at the showroom at 1:00 PM to get transmission oil for my car and I was told the entire spare parts department is on lunch break. Like, not one employee can be seen around here; everyone is gone. I asked the other service desk employee and he said it’s not my job I can’t help you with your parts until they come back. I asked him to call them, said can’t and told me to just wait. After 30 minutes of waiting for the parts counter employee, I had to wait another 30 minutes for the cashier counter employee to come back from their rest as well. I wouldn’t have

Its interesting to see a ford employee not knowing whats is ford car brand is , as a mach -E owner the service desk asked me if i wanna change the engine oil And just refused to only check the car and a simple check up cost 40$ per hour and have to leave the car for few days. All of thats is a 5 minute check up for update or any current error in the car Being a ford owner for over 20 years i guess with this attitude of ford iraq i will definitely switch .

They have the worst customer service staff, today after i come from soran to erbil branch 1:30 driving, they told me you become late 1 hour and they didn’t mention the time for me they just told me the date. They told me go out and we don’t service your car today. If you want come back tomorrow. I told them I cannot come tomorrow im not living in erbil they said it is your problem not ours. I call the customer service to tell them about it the make me to speak with same person by phone and he said the same thing and closed the call with so bed attitude.
