Gezairi Transport\ FedEx Office, Gulan Street, Erbil

The best service and honest. I am proud that we have such a company in Iraq. May God bless you. FedEx is a really classy company.

👍👍 …

A truly outstanding company... excellent service and punctuality.

The fastest company in responding to delivery requests

A very respectable and elegant company... its best feature is its beautiful office in Erbil and its wonderful employees.

we had a shipment from the US, a day delayed because they claimed the driver didn't find the address but is a famous address and they didn't call the phone number put for them, so I received in their office. the staff were very polite.

Great care

very good

Not fast in delivering mail

Good service they are serving

Staff taff and not so helpful

Or rather, try it.

They're just thieves who take customs fees without any proof, and then tell you to go talk to the airport! And their prices are ridiculously high. They're a gang.

Worst and slowest Shipment service over all

Bad company, they asked for extra money more than the package price، not trusty, bad staff, never will ship with them again.

Worst courier service ever more than 50 days parcel not delivered and customer service forget it if there was zero I will give zero review

Worst services ever

Unprofessional no one picks the phone up idont know how you are still in business

one of the worst company in the world we make shipping a pallet in usa to erbil . but the company send to baghdad wrong and fedex left shipment in baghdad airport without clearance and lost papers to make clerance after 6 month . the company say sorry we lost a pallet and the value of shipment is 75000$ . until today nothing happens. don’t think about using this company to shipping

I sent an express letter, it took exactly 1 hour and 20 minutes to prepare for one sending one letter.

One of the worst places, and understanding staff ever... They took some brochures from me to be sent to Russian federation for almost 200dollars! After 30days called me back: you have to come and pick your goods from the office and to pay 150for returning it... Why? They didnt accepted they package? Who? Your recipient! Called pay recipient, and asked is that true? They said no one called! Checked the addresses and phone number again. No issues Went to the office, after one hour discussing they are tellijg me sorry the mistake was from air port they didnt let it enter. Why? Wala its illegal!
