A very large residential complex with multiple entrances and beautiful buildings. It includes several eighteen-story buildings, all with stunning views, and each apartment has a balcony. The location is excellent, offering scenic views and proximity to Mount Azmar. You can also see a large part of Sulaimaniyah city.
