A lovely experience

The service is respectful, the food is good, and the furniture is clean, but the furniture is old. Please follow up on this, and also check the cold water.

The staff's service was terrible. The prices were high. The weather was cold, the air conditioning wasn't working, and you complained but they couldn't find a solution. I honestly don't recommend it.

This is by a considerable margin the worst hotel I have stayed at in Iraq. It is overpriced at 50 000 iqd for a room. The rooms are small, smelly and noisy, as you can hear everything happening in the corridors and to a lesser extent in neighbouring rooms. The toilet leaked onto the bathroom floor, and there were suspicious brown stains on the walls. The staff are extremely rude and ineffective. They scam you for money. For some reason there is no free tea (or hot water). I went to get some, an attendant intervened and poured a cup, only demanding 1000 iqd for it after he had poured it. I ga

A decent hotel where I stayed for 4 days

The worst hotel you could ever experience. Don't be fooled by its nice appearance; their service is terrible. They even charge for used water and towels. They don't keep to their schedules; whoever pays more gets the room, regardless of the reservation. I hated Erbil because of it.

Good, but its price is somewhat high.

I entered the hotel, and I didn't like the first room. The price for the second room had increased. I couldn't agree on anything because the receptionist was rude.
