I had a smooth and impressive experience with this shipping company. After receiving an item with a visible tear, I returned it, and they handled the situation respectfully and efficiently. Although the refund was initially transferred to the in-app wallet, they responded positively when I requested to receive it in cash. Their customer service was excellent, and it’s rare to find such trustworthy service providers in this region. I hope to see more service providers like this in the future.

I had been a regular customer and never minded previous issues such as delays or incorrect orders because mistakes happen. However, my most recent experience was disappointing!!! While waiting a long time for my order to be prepared, my toddler accidentally bumped a shelf and a few toothpaste and mouthwash bottles fell. I immediately told the staff that if anything had been damaged, we would happily pay for it. Despite this, the staff handled the situation in an impolite and unprofessional manner, speaking to me in front of other customers in a way that felt disrespectful. There was no need t

day by day getting worse , been waiting for over 50 days and i get notified my order been canceled

I have seen them cencel orders from other ppl cuz there is random things in the cabins but when i asked them to cencel mine which wasnt even expensive they refused and said they dont cencel orders sometimes they put double of the amount of products

Worst delievery app/ service ever... i ordered some items and after waiting for long period, one of the items i waited 1 month they cancel the order.
