I was really excited to go to this salon. When I first arrived I had to wait for a long time but I didn’t mind it that much. When they called me over and washed my hair my neck really hurt because of the seat it felt like my neck was about to break . After that they went to brush my hair and they were really aggressive with it and when she cut my hair she wasn’t even looking and having a full conversation with her colleagues . I specifically said not to cut my hair short and she did exactly that she made my sisters hair so lopsided and uneven she had to cut it again and when it came to the hai
