Grand Palace Hotel Erbil Ankawa

Neat and quiet hotel, close to the airport. Number of good restaurants around. Very pleasant staff.

We stayed for 2 nights and were very pleased with their service. On our last night, they surprised us with a lovely surprise that put a smile on our faces :) I'm attaching a photo of the surprise. Many thanks to them.

The hotel is extremely clean. The staff is excellent, and the service is outstanding. Thank you to the reception staff, Youssef Al-Zibaq and Ms. Maggie. The food is delicious, and the location is very good.

The hotel deserves ten stars, offers a reasonable price, spacious rooms, two facades, an excellent location, 24-hour service, and a breakfast buffet. It's located behind the Noble Hotel.

This hotel impressed me with its friendly staff, clean and well-maintained rooms, and convenient location. It's a great choice for travelers looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Erbil. Just be aware that rooms facing the front street can be noisy due to the backup generator. If noise is a concern, request a room on the opposite side of the hotel for a quieter stay.

Grand Palace is one of the best places in Ankawa. Clean, comfortable, and welcoming with very friendly staff. The atmosphere is relaxing and the location is perfect—highly recommend for anyone visiting Erbil

My mother and I traveled this summer and had an extended hospitable stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely warm, truly catering to your every need. They are devoted to serving excellent customer service. The welcoming atmosphere made it feel like home instead of a hotel. The rooms and interior design are very nice. Overall, the experience was delightful and pleasant. I would HIGHLY RECOMMENDED staying here if you are traveling to Erbil. Well-deserved 5 stars.

My mom and brother stayed there for a few days and it was an amazing experience. the staff were so welcoming and happy to help and go above and beyond hospitality that they felt as if they were at home. Room was so clean and neat so spacious and have all what you need to have a comfortable stay. The breakfast was so good and with a variety of options. The location was so close from whatever comes to your mind. I would for sure go back there when I visit Erbil and would highly recommend it.

Lovely staff especially Ahmed and Mahmood, they were extremely professional and excellent at their job. We had some trouble with the rooms, while the beds are comfortable, the first room we had, had a leaking shower cubicle. The second room that was offered had aircon issues and smoking smell. Other than that the location is fine, the service is flawless and the food is good.

FRUAD FRAUD FRAUD! The rooms are so bad and they dont even clean it regularly. They charge like anything while checking out for fake things like water leaking and water wastage. The location is also far from the main city. Not at all recommended even if it is the last option!

One of the best business hotels in Erbil. I travel all the time and it's safe to say I have seen my share of bad and good hotels. Grand Palace in Erbil, not only that it is in a very good location but also it has an amazing staff, very respectful, and they have very good service. I have even lived there for a while, that's how comfortable I was there. The staff and management are perfect. For business and a person who travel a lot, it's perfect.

I needed a place that was close to the airport and close to the city. The Grand Palace worked well. It was clean, price reasonable and big rooms. Breakfast was generous and good. Easy check in and out. You must pay in cash but that is true almost everywhere in Kurdistan.

Grand Palace is a really reliable hotel in Ankawa, the safest neighborhood in Erbil. The hotel does not have many amenities, but the rooms are large, comfortable, very clean, the Internet is really solid and reliable all over the hotel, the morning breakfast is good and most importantly, the staff is incredibly helpful. One caveat: check from the get go if their VISA machine is working (a problem all over Iraq) otherwise you will be running around town trying to get cash!

stayed for 2 days on a work trip, such a lovely staff and helpful, i made a wrong reservation on booking contacted them the manager changed the room for me and the made the price difference a complimentary of the hotel. the location is great quit cleen rooms lovely staff

I stayed many times at this hotel and I can warmly recomended it. The price quality ratio is great. The rooms are clean and the management will help you out with any problems you may encounter during your stay. Food at the restaurant while pricey is clean and tasty. Great service!!!!

People working there are so nice and smiling all the time, and the service is good. The rooms have no water gun but they are good in general.
