Everything is ok and we happy be in the this hotel

Kind of good prices BUT! And I mean big BUT.. The club in the seventh floor is not sound proof, you will hear the noise of music from the street, no parking lot, you will park in front of the hotel, the room service is terrible, the bathroom is really bad, the hotel is good for the ones who want to party otherwise it's not good for business travelers nor family vacations.

The night club on the 8th floor will not let you sleep. I am NOW at the 2nd floor... it's 2:00 am and we cannot sleep because of the loud sound of the club. Booking.com mentioned nothing about the night club. We are here to sleep, not to stay awake! I don't recommend this hotel.

Did not feel safe at all at Gratus hotel. The first day we got there, few guys started fighting outside the hotel and ended up with gunshots. This is not a good place for Family or couples. It has to be the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel. worse Customer service. treated us very badly.

Clearly understaffed, asked for a simple thing that I have paid for in advance and it’s 6am and still haven’t got it…I think for a 3 or 4 stars hotel the least you can expect is an extra bed with clean bed sheets is the least you can ask for!!!!
