Level one

I would like to provide brief feedback on my recent experience at your fuel station. I found the quality of the fuel to be excellent, meeting my expectations. However, I regret to inform you that one of your employees did not provide satisfactory service. I hope you address this issue to maintain the high standards you are known for.

Super good

I've been filling up my car here for over ten years and never had any problems, but after the recent increase in gasoline prices, I filled up here and my fuel pump and knock sensor burned out.

Their fuel is excellent, but it's far from the center and they don't have any other branches, or I haven't heard of any.
